Flexclocking – Refund Policy
This policy explains how and when refunds are issued for order cancellations or approved returns
made through Flexclocking.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by email.
If more than 12 hours have passed, the order may already be in processing. In this case, please wait
for the item to be delivered and follow our return process to receive a refund.

Refund Review and Approval
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
You will receive an email notification informing you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be issued promptly.
If the return does not meet our eligibility standards, we will notify you with the reason for rejection.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days from the date the return
is inspected and approved.
Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout,
including major credit or debit cards and PayPal where applicable.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please allow additional time for processing by your bank
or card issuer.
