Flexclocking – Return Policy

At Flexclocking, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet expectations,
we provide a clear and reasonable return process for customers within the United States.

Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Any return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Item Eligibility

Returned items must meet one of the following conditions

• New and unused items in original packaging with all tags attached
• Lightly tried items that remain clean undamaged and suitable for resale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged defective or incorrect contact us within
7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Method

All returns are processed by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the original package
to make the return process simple and convenient.

1. Securely place the item back into the package
2. Attach the prepaid return label to the box
3. Drop the package off at the carrier listed on the label

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping within the United States is free when using the prepaid label provided by
Flexclocking. There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color please return the original item
for a refund and place a new order.
