At Flexclocking, we aim to provide a safe, transparent, and convenient payment experience. Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully completed.

Payment Authorization and Order Processing

When an order is placed, your selected payment method is subject to a standard authorization check to verify sufficient funds. Once approved, the payment is charged and reserved for your order. After your order has been fully prepared and a shipping confirmation has been issued, the payment will be considered complete and final for the items listed.

Production and Handling Time

Production begins only after payment has been confirmed. Our standard production and handling timeframe is 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Refund Method
