Response to Valid Notices

Counter Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice requesting reinstatement.

Counter notices must include identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith belief, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction in the State of Florida.

Repeat Infringement Policy
