Flexclocking – Shipping & Order Processing Policy

At Flexclocking, we aim to process and deliver every order as efficiently and reliably as possible within the United States. This policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing and Production

Many of our products are prepared specifically for each order. Processing begins only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Handling and production time is typically 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery progress. Tracking details are provided for every order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

Shipping within the United States is charged at a flat rate of 6.99 USD per order.

Estimated transit time after shipment is approximately 2 to 5 business days.

Total estimated delivery time including processing and transit is 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping Coverage and Carriers

Flexclocking ships to all fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as UPS FedEx or USPS. The carrier is selected based on efficiency and destination.

International shipping is currently not available.

Delivery Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions holidays or carrier-related delays. We appreciate your patience should such delays occur.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or the local carrier.
